I was referred to Chisholm Chisholm & Kilpatrick by the DAV when they informed me that I needed more help then they could provide me. Even though CC&K are on the other side of the country everyone that I have spoken too took the time to ensure that I fully understood all that was explained to me. The VA kept denying my claim, on the last denial it was obvious they didn't even look at the recent documentation that was summited. I called my Vet Rep, because I needed to speak with the DAV Rep.. 20 minutes later my Vet Rep. called me and explained the DAV said there is a firm that wants to represent me.
