Terrible service. I do not recommend it. I have been trying to get a simple receipt so that my HSA account will accept the co-pay transaction as valid and justified. They do not listen, when you call they are nasty, place you on hold. My account has been frozen now due the incompetence of this office. I have been trying to get a receipt for a visit in the first week of February. We are now in the 3rd week of March. I've spent so much time on hold to no avail. They simply do not listen to you.
I waited no more than a few minutes before being seen. The reception staff was friendly & professional and the Dr listened to all of my concerns & answered all questions. It was a good experience all around. I appreciate the fact that I was made to feel as comfortable as I was.
They charged me a $100 fee for a consult even though I specifically asked if they take my insurance. They didn’t tell me til after I was soo livid. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I paid it & just decided to never go back again.
The wait time was minimal. The staff was extremely professional and pleasant. The doctor showed interest in my reason(s) for being there and made me real comfortable with her explaination.
One of the quickest dermatologist visits I’ve ever had. I had a rash like outbreak and wasn’t sure if it was eczema or anything else. I booked an appointment with this place because it was close to my job and the hours coincided with work. It was my first time there. I paid a 40 dollar copay which obviously isn’t the offices’ fault. However I literally wasn’t in there 30 minutes total between intake and seeing a provider.
