Our family has been under the care of Choice Health Palative care for over a year due to our Mom’s illness. I couldn’t be any happier with their service and care. The nicest people that I’ve had to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone who needs this type of care. Just so glad that we were able to bring our Mom home and we never could have without their care and help.

Jim has done a great job in helping me keep up with COPD by getting referrals, meds, coordination with other agencies and my primary care Doctor. I would say, he is one of the best.

The nurse practitioner may be a few minutes late but that's ok. The questions asked are very professional and they show that they care. They take necessary vitals and ask more questions. Overall I'm very pleased.

Choice Health has filled in the gap between the at home Medicare programs designed to provide physical therapy and skilled nursing care for family like mine. My wife has dementia and requires almost constant attention. She was in an assisted living facility for approximately 6 months. The care was good, but it was too expensive. Choice Health Palliative care has made it possible for me to have wife at home and still have excellent coordinated skilled nursing and physical therapy care at affordable cost.
