Average, under the circumstances with COVID , agent kept her poise attending to initiating my subscription. However, agent should revisit customer attentiveness during the visit - attempt to engage with person to person conversation rather being more engage with her computer.

I went there to fill out application for choice nuts wireless I went there to pay for Internet and they didn't put me in computer when I called them so I have to go back and filled out another application so I called choice to pay for Internet and still they didn't put me in the computer again it was very frustrating so I give it 1star don't know that person
All questions regarding my bill was answered in the right way with good customer service as well
We paid for our service on Friday 4/26/2024 and our service turned on 4/27/2024 late at 12am. We have to constantly reset our service every time we pay. The service is restored like 48 hrs later.
NTUA Choice Broadband Internet in Monument Valley keeps disconnecting me. I called several times to tech support, they finally told me that the tower is overloaded, and is listed a "No Sale" area because it was over sold. I guess I will have to call it quits and go with something else. The service never reached the speeds advertised anyway, I wasted a lot of money.

Internet has failed twice in a month for over 2 hours. Unfortunately, it happens between midnight and 3 am. I am disabled and I stay up at night. I am on a 2 year contract. If you can't be reliable I really should find alternate services who are reliable.

I recently got a Samsung A11 paid $226 and I cant even get the 4g LTE signal that I had before some of us live in remote areas where our service is not all that great... You should be selling g us whats hood for our area instead of making a profit off of us... i thought CellOne had poor customer service... i can't even make a call all i get is dropped calls and its very frustrating as it is
