Chris is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. We were purchasing a home at the same time the debt ceiling was being negotiated which put a lot of uncertainty with mortgage rates and the news added additional worry to purchasing a home. I would reach out to Chris with my concerns and he would respond quickly explaining the history of the debt ceiling to help minimize my worry.
