Chris was extremely helpful and always courteous giving me attention as if I were his one main concern during the entire process. Great with details and explaining every step in clear explanations. Our experience with Chris was excellent. He and his support staff were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was done in a timely manner, All questions were answered promptly with detailed explanations so that we understood the loan process every step of the way. Communication via telephone and/or email was easy. Throughout the process, we felt very confident using their services. We would definitely use Chris again and recommend him to friends & family!
