I reached out to Christopher at the end of September with questions on being approved for a loan. Chris was quick to respond to any questions and was available out of hours made the process a little less stressful. Also helped with giving tips on credit report and getting me approved and locking a good interest rate. Would highly recommend working with him.

Chris was awesome. He would be available all the time to answer my questions about the house buying process. He is also continuing to answer questions I might have even after buying the house. Would highly recommend Mortgage 1 to anyone buying a home.
When we had originally met with Chris, he laid out a clear game plan for us on how to financially prepare for the home-buying process, which we knew nothing about at the time. He gave us recommendations on how to improve our credit scores for a better rate and what we can do to save up for closing costs. When our offer was accepted, he kept on us about getting all our documentation in order and submitted on time. We wouldn't be in our house today without his help!
