Chris and the whole team, Nate, Becky and Emily (sorry if I've forgotten anyone) are all great communicators. As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions and they were patient with me and answered all of them in plain English and in a timely manner. I also really appreciate the Churchill approach to working within our budget. We were able to find a fixer-upper in a great neighborhood, and my wife and love that we can afford the improvements needed to make this house our home.

Chris and his team were great to work with! They went out of their way to make sure we always had everything we needed ready to go in order to buy our house. They gave us a nice gift basket. My friend Ben didn't get a gift basket when he got his mortgage and he was quite impress by our gift basket. They were always willing to answer all of my questions and the chocolate covered almonds were delightful!
