Chris is terrific. We were in a tight spot with a credit score problem and indecision regarding whether or not a refinance was the right option for us. Chris was patient and answered all questions in a timely and friendly manner. We had a minor issue with Rosalyn's customer service skills. i think it is fair to say that the phrase, "as i told you before" should never come out of the mouth of someone working directly with customers. The loan application process is a stressful experience.
