Better communication and organization would have greatly improved the experience. There was a lack of communication with us and between the different individuals we worked with through this agency. A lot of unnecessary confusion.

More patience with people who are not familiar with phones and computers. Not everyone is skilled in taking pictures or scanning documents with their phones. I am more knowledgable than some, but what about older people who aren't? It must really be a struggle. One idea is when you have someone who is not computer savvy perhaps you could have them go to your office with the required documents and print/scan them there. Voila!

I felt like communication could have been better. Seems like people waited to the last moment to get forms and records. Then put on us like it had to be done immediately. Just wasn’t a smooth process from the start. Could have been better.

Chris, I absolutely could not be less satisfied with your lackluster, sloppy, just piss poor performance as you wasted $1665 of MY money. YOU also didn't lock in my rate as we discussed earlier in the month, so your pathetic blunder continues to cost me money throughout my loans tenure. Damn it Chris... do better with the next client!! People you work for and trust you with their hard earned money deserves your top effort! James

It wasn't necessarily Chris that was an issue, I felt like there were a lot of people handling our file and no one introduced themselves prior to just jumping in and asking for something. The communication from Chris was fine.
