Chris and his team at Zenith Home Loans have been fantastic to work with while buying our first home. Chris was available anytime to answer questions we had or help us make sure we were comfortable with numbers on a property before putting in an offer. Chris and his team work hard to make sure the experience is as easy on us as possible. He even made sure the notary from the title company met us at our home to complete the paperwork during the pandemic.
Working with Chris and Zenith was extremely smooth and easy. They were in regular communication (but not unnecessarily) and used some very effective online tools that made the process straightforward. I never felt pressured to move forward with my refinance (unlike some companies) and was able to move at a comfortable, well-informed pace.
