Chris was extremely patient and helpful. He mapped out the process in great detail up front, then followed up regularly to make sure I knew where we were in the process, what information he needed from me, and anything else that would help us close on time. Chris is an outgoing, personable guy who was fun to work with, and he really went above and beyond. He made what could have been a very confusing process for a first time buyer, as painless as possible.

Chris and his team at UHL were wonderful to deal with. He always was honest and open about everything, easy to get a hold of. Technology portal is great for uploading and signing documents. Status updates were always provided. Our realtor and attorney both were impressed with UHL as well. We wanted to close as soon as possible and Chris was able to deliver with personalized service. Will be recommending to friends and family.

My husband and I used Chris for our 1st refinance after finding him on yelp. He was very easy to get a hold of and talked through our options in terms I could understand unlike my previous mortgage broker. He was very professional yet personable. Our refi went great and couldn't have been easier.

Chris was referred to us through a friend, and he did not disappoint. This was our first time purchasing a home, and Chris made the entire process extremely smooth. Initially I was skeptic using private lending company, but I give them the shot just to compare the rates with my bank’s GFE and make sure I received nice credit rates. To my surprise, Chris offered me fixed rate that was over 0.5% lower with a freedom of overpaying. Chris was great. He kept the process moving even when there were some pretty tough roadblocks. I would highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable and diligent to follow up with the right people to get the process finalized.
