Chris was able to get us a really good deal and he was very responsive. There were times though that he responded to our email questions to quickly and tersely, and so his responses didn’t actually answer our questions. As a result we had to go back and forth for clarification. I understand he must have been pretty busy but that would have made our experience better. However, we do plan to contact him as soon as we need another mortgage.

FIBI gave us quotes that were far better than any other bank could provide. The website works well and makes the process very simple and lets you do it at your own pace without being bugged by anyone. When it came time to closing, we had a notary come to our house to make the process that much easier. Chris and team were great.
