Updated Im a new patient, they Rescheduled me Yesterday, October 22,2020. 1:00pm ( 1-2:00 There Lunch Break By the way) I video recorder everything , about my bad experience first there very nice when I'm with Husband our first appointment. To make it short, I waited for 2 hours in the parking Lot , I need to walked to the nearest Gas station because ,I'm hungry and i need to used there Restroom waisted My 2 hours & beside i need to be at work before 3:00pm🤯 I called give them a voicemail. We are so sorry for the experience you had. If you'll remember, when your husband was in the office Wednesday, we lost power due to a storm. We rescheduled your appt for the next day, however as of Wednesday afternoon, we still did not have power, our computer server was down, we had no phones and some of our dental equipment was not working due to the power outage. RecommendedI have been seeing Dr Mohler and his team since 2002. His skill & service are second to none. In that entire time I’ve seen four of his hygienists (his wife Janine, Kesha, Jane & now Olivia.) That says a lot about his high standards and commitment to his employees and patients. I wouldn’t even consider seeing another dentist.

RecommendedI cannot express my thankfulness for Dr Mohler and his staff!! As a child I went to the same dentist for many years and thought that I would never find a dentist as kind and compassionate, but not til I came here can I say I have found that rare treasure. Dr Mohler and his staff are truly kind and compassionate and you feel like family from the moment you walk in the door.
RecommendedDr Mohler and his staff are top notch. Most up to date practice I have ever seen. Just had crown a replaced in about an hour. All computerized crown creation done in house. I would recommend him for any procedure.

I’m so ANGRY & UPSET as I’m sitting here numb at my house writing this because I quoted a price to get my teeth repaired but once I was numbed and waiting Dr. Mohler decided to DOUBLE the amount I was to pay! He waited until after I was numb to inform me their quote was wrong!!!!!! I was given a quote off of their recommendations, made an appointment (took off of work) and once I got there they wanted me to pay DOUBLE! I suffered with severe allergies and needed to cancel my appt. on 2-3 different occasions, and for that, and only that, I was told I was no longer welcome there. It all worked out for the best. I found Dr. Donovan who was wonderful!!!!!
