Chris Planto did an awesome job at putting my loan together. He got me the house I wanted and at a price lower than I was expecting. His whole team was awesome. He also wrapped all the taxes and fees into my loan, so all I have to do is make one payment a month. My loan was very complicated, but Chris worked tirelessly to put me in the house I wanted. There isn’t a better mortgage broker in Texas.

I'll start off by saying I had a great experience working with SWBC Mortgage. They are very knowledgeable and they had fantastic communication. Throughout the whole loan process I never had an issue with anyone I worked with. Chris Planto, our loan officer, helped guide us through this whole process with very little stress involved. If you are looking for a top notch customer servicing mortgage company, I wouldn't look any further than SWBC. 10/10 - would recommend.

I have been dealing with SWBC for 5 years now and they must be the most ignorant people in the business. I have to arm wrestle with them every year over my insurance coverage. Every year, they claim that they have not received my policy when in fact I personally sent it to them and my insurer has assured me that they have sent a copy to them also.
