Overall, a good experience. It is a stressful process, so it can be difficult to make the client feel comfortable. My only "complaint" would be not having my EMD applied to my closing costs. I am still waiting to receive my $500 refund even after I brought up the fact I did not see where it was including in the closing disclosure documents a week or two prior to closing.

Chris Rice and his team were consummate professionals during our entire mortgage process. He responded promptly to questions and had requests for our information well in advance of deadlines which reduced the pressure on my wife and I to respond while trying to balance workload and family during COVID.
