Very convenient that the closing took place at my home. Only negative feedback is that I was originally told that the mortgage, HE loan, & GoodLeap loan would be paid directly and that the other funds would be sent to me to pay the lenders directly. I was sent checks made out to the other lenders, had to look up addresses and mail them out. This is costing me more in interest vs if I had directly received the funds and made the payment online.
