Dr. Lee is an exceptional Ent. I have been going to him for several years. He is the only doctor who puts a tube in to relieve ear pressure, pain and dizziness. He has been a lifesaver to me in getting my quality of life back. Outstanding personality, kindness and compassion. I am returning back to him again for relief and will do over and over again . I highly recommend him
There are no words to express how wonderful Dr. Chris Lee is. After going to an ENT in Granbury and him performing a surgery my husband didn't need and the Doctor admittedly saying wouldn't have fixed his problem, Dr. Lee immediately ordered a new CT scan and performed emergency surgery. He and his nurse Kim worked so hard to get him the care and procedures he needed with only seeing my husband one time! Dr Lee and Kim are our miracle workers. Amazing how much Dr Lee truly cares! Love him
Truly a great doctor to work with! Dr. Lee is young, but is a top notch doctor. He is kind, compassionate, easy to talk to, and caring. He is one of the best ENTs I've ever been too and I highly recommend him!
Arrived 25 min ahead of appointment time, yet was almost 15 min late getting in to the appointment, then the entire experience was not good as a first time patient who relied on reviews to pick him. Chart info entered incorrectly, didn't even ask half questions they put I said NO to. Seeking second opinion since after 5 days still no voice or any better.
Came in suffering, got no perscriptions no diagnosis no not much of anything abs speant $266 out of pocket
Do NOT recommend. Had concerns regarding my 3 yrs old office visit procedure, called and left a message for his nurse. It’s been 3+days and yet to receive a returned call. This is concerning and quote annoying to say the least, especially when the bill was $350+ out of pocket.
First impression, the staff was very sweet and helpful. I arrived early and was taken back to see Dr. Lee in just a few minutes. I was there because a had developed lumps in my throat that I suspected was tonsillitis. Dr. Lee was awesome! He was very pleasant and informative, and had an idea what it was. Upon my follow up a few weeks later, Dr. Lee was convinced that there was something more going on with my digestive system that was affecting my throat. He referred me to another specialist who
Terrible, my 1st appt he told me to come back for two tests. The computer system "lost everything" is what I was told when trying to make the appointments to have the tests. They promised to call me the next day. It's now over a week, I've left three messages actually begging for a return call but still, no call. I don't think there are words to describe how I feel about being ignored. I've had to start over with another dr.
Dr. Lee listens to you. On Dec. 31, 2015, Dr. Lee put a tube in my ear to take pressure off and it changed my life. I was having dizzy spells and for over 35 years I told other doctors but they couldn't do anything about it!
