It was great! I already knew I would have to wait a while because I didn’t have an appointment. That didn’t bother me at all. Once I got back to a room, the nurse and doctor was wonderful!

My visit was rescheduled from Monday to Wednesday I did not get a notice I called to confirm my appointment and was informed by the receptionist Shy that Mrs Virginia wouldn’t be in that day and I would need to reschedule. I was rescheduled to Wednesday my appointment was brief and to the point. Mrs Virginia is usually nice and straight forward, she’s very familiar with my history and myself as a patient I worked at the facility 6 years. Having a 2:00 appointment and not seeing the PA til 3:00 is very disappointing. I understand it’s hard to find help in a rural area but then the front desk needs to not admit so many people as walk ins. The nurse was ever so pleased to know I wasn’t there as a sick person. I only saw the PA for 5 minutes and I know she was doing her very best to see patients. I adore Sarah Crawford, PA and she is the only reason I go to your clinic. Timing is everything.
