Can't say enough about this place! The service crew that installed flooring was bar none the best. Ask for Clyde and Ed. They get the job done and do not let any details missed, and my flooring was complicated!
My husband and I found Christian Flooring very professional and easy to work with. We love our flooring purchase from them. There was some damage inside the box and the sales staff was very helpful. My parents were in the market for a new floor and I immediately thought of Christian Flooring. We were able to bring the sample home to see before ordering it. Excellent service from beginning to end. I highly recommend Christian Flooring.

I can't say enough about our experience at Christian Flooring in Spencerport! We needed new flooring for pretty much our entire home - carpet and hardwoods. Christian Flooring was wonderful to deal with. Our salesperson, Phil, was a pleasure to work with in picking out our carpet and hardwood (and the many questions and concerns I had) and our installation went off without a hitch. Everything went great! Our first experience was with sales, very knowledgeable, helpful, and not pushy. The next person we worked with was in our home, measuring rooms. He did so well we only had one plank left over. The floor installer was a master at his craft. He arrived when promised, worked nonstop doing a wonderful job. I would recommend Christian Carpet hands-down!
I would NOT recommend Christian Flooring, they have possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I purchased and had installed about 600 sq ft of laminate flooring which included a couple of stairs. When the supplies were ordered for the project, the distributor sent the wrong items for the stairs, or they were missing from the order. We went ahead with installing the floor. Sales experience was largely positive. Install seemed ok but within the first 6 months some boards began separating and now are an eyesore. Optically the boards appear to be warped at many board intersections. The company owner visited and confirmed the problem and offered to replace with a different product but has stopped returning calls emails and texts. Slow delivery They don’t return your call and when they do talk to you it is excuses and lies Bad place to do business
a year ago I went to Henrietta Christian and Flooring, paid $3,700 for my kitchen floor, and the titles are pealing off, very bad quality and very expensive. I went to Spencerport Christian and Flooring because Henrietta closed and they said that I have to pay to replace the titles.
