I represented the seller on this transaction. The buyers had a pre-approval from another lender. Several weeks in, and the original guy did nothing. The buyers switched to Christian and he got the deal closed within 3 weeks. I’ve been in this business for 17 years and was very impressed! Especially because it was an FHA mortgage!
