that they got me a loan lol!! i was really nervous about the mortgage piece but they made it easy. Christian explained the process up front (in terms i understood), Lacey and Mariel were incredibly responsive. There were no surprises or excessive documentation requests. We also have a plan to check in through the life of the loan to see if there are better options.
