The doctor and staff were phenomenal. The reassured me, were so kind, and the procedure was a breeze. They kept me talking since I was pretty nervous. The only reason this isn't 5 stars was the wait, but I also understand that could be because they're taking time and giving excellent care to each patient. :)

Doctor Hopkins goes above and beyond to answer any and all questions, and is knowledgeable as well. She is very friendly, polite, and pleasant in general. She gives you all of your options instead of being the kind of doctor that tells you what to do. No one likes being told what to do. Her MAs are fantastic also. There is closer dermatologist’ to my house then going all the way to Fort Worth but her care as a doctor is worth the hour and twenty minute drive each way.

My experience with Dr. Hopkins was wonderful! During my visit, she was extremely thorough and took the time to communicate in great detail in regards to my initial concerns. Personality-wise, she is very sweet, kind and down-to-earth. I would highly recommend her in the event that anyone needed a dermatologist.
2nd time in a row that I have had to wait over 40 minutes for the doctor to walk in for a 1 minute conversion to sign off on the meds. If you expect me to be on time then do the same. I don't care what you might be dealing with just schedule yourself better.
