I was in the process of closing on a home in Portland, my finance company i was using was frustrating me, they kept telling me he would give me one point cost yet everytime i review the costs the costs for yhe loan kept going up. My son (39) was reviewing my paperwork and agreed something is not right and twice mentioned Dave Ramsey. The only reason it was unpleasant was because of the appraiser and other things out of Christina’s control. Christina was very personable and pleasant to work with.
