Christine was easy to deal with and my busy schedule. I am often out of town and out of service for work so we were able to do most of the process via email and remotely. I had issues with getting home owners insurance (due to the forest fires) and last minute she set me up with a great person when I was away from service backpacking. It was nice to know she had my back!

I live in a small town so she was even able to stop by when I was busy in my work day and pick up or return documents for me, which was a big help. When documents needed to be signed electronically, she would contact me with helpful reminders to make sure things stayed on schedule and closed in time. Everything was easy at each step of the way, and she was always there to help me out when needed.
