Explaining what was needed and why it was needed was not effectively communicated. We’re asked for copies of things multiple times, but never got a phone to call and explain when it was clear we didn’t understand what was needed and why. Passive aggressive emails. Will NOT recommend to anyone I know. Did not provide the most competing interest rate. My contact back home in MO was more of a help than VIP mortgage.
