We are very satisfied with the rate we received and the fact that we met our closing deadline. There were a number of communication missteps, however, along the way. Our biggest challenge could be summarized as expectations were set that TMF an Seacoast struggled to live up to. Expectations were set for 24-48 hour turnover that ultimately took closer to a week.

I am computer illiterate. Many of the forms that would have took 5 minutes in person took hours on the computer to figure out. Trying to do it on the phone is impossible, it's a " cookies " problem. I feel that it would have gone smoother if I had a college course in computer skills. Otherwise a great experience and helpful staff. It was my own limitations that made it difficult.
