As a first time home buyer, I found Christine's attention to detail and openness to communication to be extremely beneficial and calming. I had spoken with another broker, who was blunt and withholding of information, while Christine and her team were always forthcoming with details and information, even before I had to ask. Christine would always end our conversations asking if I had any other questions or concerns. It was a great experience and one I will highly recommend in the future.

Overall the process went pretty well and smooth. When arriving at the title company for closing we were told two forms of ID were required and it would’ve been nice to know this before we got there. Christine was very helpful from the beginning but speaks very fast Which could lead to some misunderstanding. All closing estimates were accurately depicted when it came to getting the actuals. Michele was very helpful as well to make sure we had all the documentation in place.
