An overall miserable experience. No one ever answers the phone. When you get an appointment, plan to wait...wait, and wait some more. I have never waited less than 45 minutes, and well over an hour for every appointment. Doctor time is at best 5 minutes then he rushes out with and sends someone else in to get you out of there. Had knee surgery. Bad results. Going to see another surgeon to see if they can fix what he screwed up. All a rush: patient comes last, their billing comes first
Always had to wait 30-60 mins for the doctor. Followed all the doctors orders and since he could not diagnose me, he released me as a patient and stopped prescribing medication before the doctor he referred me to could see me. Seems to me that my well being was not his main concern. Office staff was difficult to work with also. Everything with this office and doctor was difficult.
