This is the ... fourth? time Ive worked with Cecelia and Chris. We did our original mortgage and now three refinancings over the last 11 years. Their advice (to even get us to a place where we could buy) was exceptional. Their concerns for getting us the right product at the right time was great -- several times advising us (correctly) to postpone when things weren't quite right (which goes against their short-term interest but shows that our interests were their focus). I have been working with Chris & Cecelia for 10+ years. They are my "to go" to couple, whenever I need a new house loan, LOC or to refinance. They are both very dedicated, professional, super ethical, get things done and just great people to work with!
