Chris Brown has the experience and smarts to deal with unconventional buyers. I’m an entrepreneur that could have paid cash for my mortgage but financially it wouldn’t be the smart play. Others I talked to had no idea how to work with an asset strong business owner, but Chris did. His responses were always quick. I trusted his judgement and advice throughout. I felt he had my back. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him or work with him again.
