Chris took an incredible amount of time to explain every step to us as new homebuyerrs and he projected out what refinancing could be like when we were ready. His team was equally as professional in communicating what was needed to us. For a 1st time homebuy the whole process took a few weeks BECAUSE of the communication and efficiency of Chris & Co. Chris came recommended by a collegue. I will be paying that forward and referring him to anyone that could possibly be looking to buy a house.

Chris was great. Dealing with some extenuating circumstances, he was able to help me navigate them and worked with my realtor to keep communication lines open to the other party. Then the government shutdown happened and being an excepted federal employee, I was told to keep coming to work without pay. Chris helped find a way to run everything that was needed and kept me in the loop. Would recommend to everyone!
