Since doing a refi with Chris at APM, I decided to sell my house and downsize. I knew how efficient Chris and the team at APM are, so I went back for my loan needs. They explain what needs to be done and help with any documentation needed. I did all necessary paperwork us in the app or by responding to his or Jamie's emails. If you're hesitant about using technology, don't worry. Chris and APM will phone and meet in person. I never considered another lender and recommend that you use them as well!

Wow where do I even start! This was my first time buying a home and Chris made it 100x easier. He did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable with each decision that I had to make and as well as explaining something thoroughly if I did not understand something clearly. Chris was also very fast at answering texts, emails or calls and was very eager to find the answers to my questions in a timely manner.
