Original contact left the company; next person didn't seem too interested in assisting and said we "withdrew" our application which we did not. When we got connected with Mr. Pfeiffer, he went above and beyond to assist us and we got things closed. There were some odd things with last minute requests and a couple items that were quite difficult to provide. Then, the checks were sent to a wrong address and had to be remailed.
