Luckily, I could work with Christopher Piatchek from Top Flite Fin., who helped me to for my Cash-out Refinance and Debt consolidation application. He spent lot of time and closely guided me thru-out the process and finally made it. I would highly recommend Chris and Top Flite Financials to anyone.
Chris Piatchek with Top Flite was able to get my cashout refi approved when no one else could. Not because of my credit but because he knew of a way to get my late payments ignored during underwriting approval, something 3 other companies couldn't do. I recently went through a refinance with Chris Piatchek at Top Flite. I originally wanted a home equity line of credit, but Chris explained the pros and cons of that versus a refinance exceptionally well and I opted for the refinance. Chris was very helpful throughout the whole process and explained everything when I had questions. The process took a little longer than I expected after the appraisal, but in the end, everything came out great and we are excited to use some of our extra mo way for home renovation projects.
