Chris was very cordial and anxious to please. However, KBHS Home loans, we think, asked for far more documents than my husband and I thought necessary in light of our excellent credit scores. It actually felt intrusive. They asked for proof of every penny in and out of all of our holdings for as far back as eleven years when my husband retired, but especially for the past two years. They already had our income tax returns for those years plus our credit scores.
Had to review and sign the same document five times. Seems like a waste of time to sign a document with dollar amounts that are questionable. The end result was good but getting there was annoying.
