Chris was able to give me a great rate for a Jumbo loan. He was very responsive and was able to answer my calls and texts and emails on time. COVID has introduced many new rules on getting a Jumbo loan and Chris was able to navigate me through these unknowns.

We are extremely happy with the loan we got from PNC. Because it was new construction there was delay with completion of the house, but we did not pay any additional fees for lock extensions.
