Chris and Cassie were amazing to work with. I could not ask for more helpful and pleasant people to deal with. Buying a house is very stressful and Chris was so helpful and answered all of our questions quickly. I highly recommend this company! He walked us through every step of the process. At times I felt like he wanted us to get the house as much as we wanted it. He made us feel like he was as much invested in it as we were. Very seldom do you find this level of customer service.

Everything was going very well until we starting hitting snags during the underwriting process- It took several weeks, and the process only really took off once I started hunting down extensive background information myself, and mentioned that I was looking for another lender.
