As first-time home buyers, my wife and I did not know anything about the loan process and all actions/steps required to purchase a home. Chris was a teacher throughout, always taking the time to teach us about the process and ensure we were comfortable throughout. He also made sure everything was completed way ahead of closing.

its not fair to just rate Chris when we dealt with at least 5 different people beside him while going through this process.. that to us was very frustrating

After preapproval, my loan officer had a tragedy in the family and Chris was left to manage his cases. I did not receive my mortgage commitment until I was driving to the closing and we had issues with the closing documents upon arrival. There were several last minute requests that I was fortunately able to obtain. I do not blame Chris for this, as he worked nights, weekends, and on vacation to get me approved but upper management drowned him in cases.
