The team at Velocio were very knowledageble, personable, and professinonal. Any time I had questions they were quick to respond and support any of my needs. The process was smooth and timely and as a first time home buyer, made the experince wonderful.
You guys did amazing
Loan officer was unresponsive every time we tried to contact her for days. We had to reach out to her manager every time to be able to get ahold of her. She sent our paperwork in late, which delayed our closing a day. This was really inconvenient because it caused me to have to take time off work unexpectedly. Not an amazing experience when I was already nervous about buying a house. She made it 100% more stressful than it needed to be.
