The devil works hard but Christy and everyone else (Rachel, Lee, Emily, and more I didn’t speak to) at Purple Ink Mortgage work harder. We would not have been able to buy and sell at the same time this quickly without them and them being so diligent throughout the entire process. We closed on our very first house on April 7th. We chose to work with Purple Ink mortgage, and it went more smoothly than we could’ve ever hoped for! The whole process took a little over a month.
