What made our experience GREAT was the friendliness and caring nature of Chuck and his team! We are not experienced home buyers, and die to our rural location, were unable to work with a buyer's agent. They took this in stride and worked to help us in the process with patients and understanding. We will highly recommend them to anyone who is needing to finance a home. In today’s market there are many unknowns. Between the app and Chucks clear guidance things went very smooth. Chuck set clear expectations from the beginning about who his team is and that they may be reaching out for information. Anyone out side of his team was a no go and to inform him. This kept to many fingers out of the pot. The updates, along with digital access and availability for Chuck and his team to take personal calls made the process fluid and seamless.
