As a first time home buyer it would have been nice if the process of the loan application and the entirety of purchasing the home was explained to me several different time. If I not only received phone calls and electronic document but paper document as well. I do not feel as though I was informed of all that are taking place timely manner . Weekly updates would have been very helpful and East many of my apprehension and stress .
