Having bought and sold many homes, Joshua exceeded all expectations. He had a sixth sense in how to deal with us. We were on a tight deadline and Joshua sold our home above asking within 3 days. We had about 45 days to close before we closed on our new home. With his help we negotiated were we could stay in the house for a few days after closing so we could move into our new home. I would definitely recommend and work with Joshua again.

Tyjay was amazing from start to finish. Extremely professional - knowledgeable and caring. He met with us in person to go over our desires for our home - logistics. He was also really good at recommending professionals in the area that can help with things such as General Contractors, Surveyors and more. Tyjay was always on top of it by giving us a call to check in on any updates or things we might need. I highly recommend Tyjay to anyone looking to move for the first time in the greater GVL area.
