As always, the procedure was fully explained to me before any work was started. I was asked if I wanted a painkiller but it was suggested that I would not need any. As it turned out, I did not need any, the work was simple and quicker than I thought it would be. The noise of the drill was worse than any pain inflicted - of which there was none. All the staff were, as usual, courteous and helpful.
From the receptionist Linda to the Dentist Oliver and his nurse Lisa I have had exceptional service all round . . Would not hesitate to recommend this dental practice.. Every staff member was so friendly and professional with many years experience which is exactly what I am looking for to in a Dental practice
Don't know anyone who actually likes going to the dentist but all the staff at this practice make it a positive experience.
