As usual, there was a warm welcome on arrival. Kirsty, hygienist, was most efficient, as was Oliver, dentist, who saw me after. Both were very caring in my treatment. Everyone was most courteous and made a visit to the dentist, I never thought I would say this, a pleasurable affair.
Amazing. I’ve always had a phobia about dentists. Oliver is brilliant, so kind and reassuring. The staff are all lovely.
