Ruby is very good, competent and works very well with Jane. A good team. Ruby explains things well and clearly. Possibly as expected the biggest issue is the cost involved with any sort of treatment. I appreciate it is market rate but is preventing patients from regular visits and proactive treatments. Not sure of any answer to this.
