In the chair 8 minutes told the teeth whitening had gone up to over £600 and being in the chair for eight minutes cost me £62 not good
All staff are very friendly and helpful, and try and make you feel at ease , I just think the prices are soo wrong what I need I don’t have that kind of money for , so it’s very bad
Dentist didn’t get the X-ray correct first time so had to repeat it and didn’t inform me of the cost, so I had to pay for 3 X-rays. This costing should have been explained and consented to. Should I pay for someone else’s mistakes? I don’t appreciate the dentist upselling other products at the practice. Having been told my teeth cleaning was perfect she said I.needed to see hygienist.
