He was very helpful in the beginning and very good at communicating . He was not very helpful after we committed however. Once we were in the underwriting process he was not very good with communication and he wouldn't respond to some messages especially during the final week of closing. I would have preferred better communication on the front. Overall however i was averagely pleased with his support and help
