Joshua was great! When we were in the underwriting process there could have been better communication about the paperwork needed. I'm not sure if the mortgage company requested re-enlistment documentation or if it was the VA loan, but I did not like that my son had to re-enlist for 2 more years or find a company that would hire him in a year when he was done with his term. This should have been disclosed in the beginning when we started the loan process instead of quickly re-enlisting the day before closing on the house.
