It's refreshing to see a mortgage company that knows a credit score system (an I love debt system) is an artificial construct. You don't need debt to buy a house.

We felt like Troy had a lot of "irons in the fire", he probably does many refinance and home loans, changes needed to be made at the end. I am glad it is over, there is a lot of people involved in this process and it gets very complicated at times. We were not happy that we had to pay for the appraisal which was extremely high priced and the cost of the refinance was above average
